Starting my career with a global financial services organisation over 30 years ago I have 20 years’ experience specialising in Learning & Development across all business areas including non for profit and public sector. In January 2020 I became a freelance learning and development consultant.

My key areas of development and expertise include:-

• Leadership & Development
• Customer Service
• Coaching & Mentoring
• Call coaching

I have developed and delivered numerous programmes and short ½ day workshops in all of the above areas as well as working on more bespoke support and mentoring for individuals in management roles.

I am also currently working with a Gloucester based business as an associate delivering ILM Level 2, 3 and 4 qualifications in Customer Services, People & Wellbeing, Leadership & Management and Team Leading.

Other clients include Gloucestershire College, Cirencester Friendly Society, Alexandra Workwear and Dimensions Workwear.

I am happy to work with pre-devised programmes or work with business to support them in delivering a more bespoke development solution.
